1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of perfume products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged product.

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product is defective or has a quality issue.

⚠️ For hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes that have been opened, used, or tested cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Return Window

  • Customers must raise a return request within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • Requests raised after this period may not be eligible for return or refund.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please:

  2. Share clear images of the product and packaging (if damaged/incorrect).

  3. Wait for confirmation from our team before shipping the product back.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

5. Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will arrange an exchange for the correct product at no additional cost.

  • If the product is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used perfumes.

  • Products without original packaging.

  • Gift cards, discounted, or promotional items (unless defective).

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, and the standard return process applies.
